Regional Spatial Strategy for North East of England
Abstract
The Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS) was the planning framework for North East England. The RSS provided a long term strategy as to where, when and how development should be encouraged in the region. The RSS was prepared by the North East Assembly (NEA) in liaison with local authorities and other regional stakeholders. Download a high resolution version of the maps in the RSS document.
