North East Housing Board funding

One of the North East Housing Board's roles was to advise the Government on housing investment priorities in North East England, provided through the Single Housing Investment Pot (SHIP). This did not represent all the housing funding in the region.

The North East England Housing Strategy sets the context for housing investment in the region. This includes the allocation of the regional housing capital resources that the board was responsible for providing advice and recommendations for from 2008 to 2011.
